You must book your hotel when you register online for the conference. Do not try to book directly with the hotel, or call the hotel for any reason regarding your reservation, as all Time Out reservations goes through our master account. Room choices will be on a first come, first served basis based on availability, so register early to secure your choice!
SHOULD I PLAN TO STAY FOR TWO OR THREE NIGHTS?
Time Out ends on Tuesday at 10:00pm (approximately). It is entirely up to you whether you stay at the Great Wolf Lodge for two or three nights. However, we recommend that you plan to stay for three nights if you are traveling any sort of significant distance to the event.
DO I HAVE TO BOOK A HOTEL ROOM?
You do not have to book a room if you are local or you have a unique extenuating circumstance, however you must contact us before registering (before the registration dates listed).
CAN I SHARE A ROOM WITH ANOTHER PERSON?
Yes, you may share a room with another person registered for the event. One of you must book and pay for the hotel room. The other person must get that person’s Registration ID (from their completed registration form) in order to complete the “sharing accommodations” feature.

Wristbands will only be issued to the number registered in your party.
If you receive an error message when registering for a room type, this means that it is full. You can choose another room type or contact us to see if more rooms could become available. If you are interested in extending your stay another night, please wait to receive the email instructions from our office (which will be sent to all registrants).
Meals will be served in a buffet style with multiple options. If you or your children have dietary concerns, there will be many items to choose from. If you have further questions, please call the hotel directly: 905-354-4888.
The following meals will be included in the conference registration cost:

Breakfast is an optional add on for Monday and Tuesday ($19 per day)
You may add on a lunch/dinner package for an adult staying with you (e.g. babysitter who is not attending the conference) for $92 (breakfast is an additional charge).
Ages 0-3: FREE
Ages 4-12: $48
Ages 13 and up: $92
Snacks will be included for the children registered in the Kids Program.

MEAL SEATING OPTIONS
You will have the option to choose which meal seating you want to attend. The number of seats available in each seating will be limited, and will be on a first come, first served basis. You must choose either Seating 1 or Seating 2. You will not be permitted to switch later on. Each seating time is for the duration of 1 hour.
