YOUTH & YOUNG ADULTS DIRECTOR

Wayne is the Director for Youth Ministries at the Western Ontario District of the PAOC. Wayne has served as a Youth Pastor within the WOD for over 10 years. He is married to his wonderful wife Bev and they have the most outstanding girl on the planet, Melody. Wayne's passion for the Ottawa Senators is only surpassed by his desire to see students accept Jesus and take steps toward awakening to and acting upon the call of God on their lives. He has a passion for communicating, loves investing in other leaders and cannot stop making silly voices.

NICOLE SWITZER

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to youth ministries

Nicole Switzer comes from a background in ministry. Growing up she traveled with the drama presentation Heaven’s Gates & Hell’s Flames. She then has been in youth and worship ministry for over a decade. Nicole, her husband Mike and two kids Judah & Norah live in London, Ontario where they serve at Royal View Church where her husband is on staff as the Youth Young Adults Pastor. Nicole has a heart and passion for youth ministry and desires to see young lives changed through Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit.

NEXT GEN MINISTRIES ASSISTANT

Ashley is the Next Gen Assistant at the Western Ontario District of the PAOC. She has a BTh Youth Ministries (double major Children & Family Ministry) and a BTh Intercultural Studies. She has served in ministry for over 10 years as a youth pastor, children’s pastor, coordinator for a church daycare and community house, and for the past 5 years has been helping with events for Next Gen ministries and leaders. In her spare time you will find her serving in her local church on the kids ministry lead team as well as alongside her husband Rick in youth & young adult ministries, spending quality time with their son Lucas, mentoring teens, trying new cafes, or daydreaming about renovating houses. She is passionate about living intentionally for the Kingdom and seeing people discover belonging, wholeness, and purpose in Christ.
