WHAT YOUNG PASTOR'S TIME OUT IS ALL ABOUT
We hope you are able to join us for Time Out 2018! Time Out is a valuable retreat that provides a time of refreshing for young pastors in ministry. At this conference we aim to provide ministry for the minister in both a personal and practical way, including spiritually refreshing sessions for all who attend. It is a chance to relax with your family, get poured into with worship, the Word and ministry times, and meet with old and new friends. Our hope is that you will leave refreshed, connected, challenged and refocused.
WHO IS TIME OUT FOR?
Time Out (NEXT GEN) is for young pastors in ministry including youth pastors, young adults pastors, and children and family ministries pastors. Sessions will be directed to people in ministry who are in their twenties, thirties, and early forties. Time Out is also for the pastor’s spouse and children! Unfortunately due to limited space, interns and bible college students are unable to register.
TIME OUT is a closed event. Only those who have registered will have access to the Time Out sessions, Kids Program, water park passes, meal packages, and hotel rates outlined here.
Jeff has been the Lead Pastor of Community Pentecostal Church in Ottawa since 2012. He is married to Aynsley and has 3 ‘kids’ - Bayley, Brock & Bryar. Jeff has spent the past 22 years pouring into leaders and speaking throughout Canada, both as a pastor and as the Youth Director for Eastern Ontario District. He and Aynsley also volunteer in Missions with the PAOC, committing 2 weeks each year to developing leaders in Southeast Asia. Jeff loves soccer, reading, coffee and is energized by being around other people.
Over the past 15 years, Nevin has served in Illinois as a worship pastor and church planter, San Diego as a youth and young adults Pastor and now Peoples Church in Hamilton as youth and young adults pastor. Nevin is a worshipper at heart and loves to lead people in encountering the presence of God. When he’s not wrestling with his kids, he can be found drinking coffee, playing basketball or enjoying some video games. Nevin is married to the love of his life, Yvette and they have 3 kids; Emma, Eden and Easton.

You must book your hotel when you register online (do not try to book directly with the hotel, or call the hotel for any reason regarding your reservation). Room choices will be on a first come, first served basis, so register early to secure your choice!
If you do not require a room (e.g. sharing with someone else or you are local), you must contact us before registering (before the registration dates listed).
SHOULD I PLAN TO STAY FOR TWO OR THREE NIGHTS?
Time Out ends on Tuesday at 10:00pm (approximately). It is entirely up to you whether you stay at the Great Wolf for two or three nights. However, we recommend that you plan to stay for three nights if you are traveling any sort of significant distance to the event.

Wristbands will only be issued to the number registered in your party.
If you receive an error message when registering for a room type, this means that it is full. You can choose another room type or contact us to see if more are available. If you are interested in extending your stay another night, please wait to receive the email instructions from our office (which will be sent to all registrants).
If you are interested in setting up a coaching appointment, available time slots will be sent out by email from our office to those who have registered for the event. Spaces are limited, so availability will be on a first come first served basis. You are also welcome to connect with our coaches at any point throughout the event, but those with scheduled appointments will take precedence.
Financial coaching appointments will be available during the event for conference delegates. We want you have healthy finances and learn to steward your money to set a solid foundation for your future. Spaces are limited, so availability will be on a first come first served basis. Those interested must sign up through the email we send to registered delegates.
CONFIDENTIAL COUNSELING APPOINTMENTS
If you would like to book a confidential counseling appointment, please contact one of the following counselors directly. Spaces are limited. The session is with a professional counselor and will be of no cost to you.
Please do not contact the couselors until after you have registered for the event.

Our Kids Program is available during the sessions scheduled in our main event itinerary for children up to age 11. Each child must be pre-registered. Infants who will remain in the care of the parents during the conference do not have to be registered. Please note that this program will be available to parents on a first come, first served basis: once the program is full, we will not be accepting additional children.
There will be no program available for children ages 12 or older. There is a registration rate available for their meals only, however parents are responsible for these children at all times.
WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE AVAILABLE DURING THE RETREAT?
HOCKEY: Sunday, 10:30pm-12:00am. Cost: free. Bring your hockey equipment and prepare for a lot of late night fun at a nearby arena. You must pre-register for hockey online.
SUNDAY NIGHT HANG OUT: Sunday, 10:30pm. We invite you to join us at a nearby restaurant (TBA) after the Sunday evening session to catch up with old friends and make some new friends! This is a great opportunity to get to know some people!
INDOOR WATER PARK: Included with your hotel room are passes for the water park, for the number of people you have registered for the event. You will have access to the waterpark all day on the day that you check out of your hotel.
The following meals will be included in the registration cost:

TUESDAY: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Snacks will also be included for the children registered in the Kids Program.
Meals will be served in a buffet style with multiple options. If you or your children have dietary concerns, there will be many items to choose from. If you have further questions, please call the hotel directly: 905-354-4888.
Take the QEW to Niagara Falls / Fort Erie Exit at Hwy 420 towards "Niagara Falls/Bridge to USA" (The Rainbow Bridge is the bridge you will drive towards, but won't have to cross). Hwy 420 becomes "Robert Street at Stanley (first light). Continue straight in right hand lane. Go through next set up lights to exit ramp towards "Victoria Ave". Turn left on Victoria Avenue, follow Victoria for about 2 km/1 mile. Great Wolf Lodge is on the right.

CAN I PUT THIS CONFERENCE UNDER MY 2018 BUDGET?
Please be sure to register as soon as possible, and by the final registration deadline of December 10. If you must wait to pay until 2018, please contact us with your situation as soon as possible for payment arrangements.
