When you register, please take your time to accurately choose the options you wish to pay for. There will be a $15 charge for any changes you need to make to your registration (including hotels, kids program, meals, etc.) and an additional $10 charge for any credit card refund that is a result of registrant error or changes.
November 7th Update: There are some room types that will show as “unavailable” because they are full. We are in the process of obtaining more rooms from the Great Wolf Lodge and should have it updated this week. If there is a particular room you are looking for, please contact email@example.com.

REGULAR: $140 per adult by December 9
(By December 9, or until space is filled)
Ages 0-11: $20 per child
(Includes care in 4 sessions, snacks and activities)
Spots are available on a first come first served basis so register early!
NOTE: There is no program available for children ages 12+ and parents will be responsible for their children at all times (only adults will be permitted into the General Sessions).

Time Out is an event that is heavily subsidized by the Western Ontario District. We encourage you to plan ahead and take advantage of the early bird rate. Below are other ways we are able to provide support to young pastors financially. Anyone looking to apply for one of these scenarios must fill out the financial aid application below, before they register.
IS SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE?
We are able to provide partial sponsorship to pastors / churches in need. You will need to explain your situation and describe what you / your church are able to provide financially.
CAN I SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN?
Yes, you can set up a payment plan to pay in installments from the time you register until January 7 (all payments must be received by this date).
CAN I PUT THIS CONFERENCE UNDER MY 2019 BUDGET?
Yes. If you must wait to pay until 2019 in order to cooperate with your church accounting records, please fill out the form below. All payments must be received no later than January 7.
